The prospect's information is still delivered into the firm's intake system for immediate follow-up. Guarantee eligibility requires the firm to maintain the pickup and intake standards established during onboarding.

The guarantee provides continued fulfillment at no additional charge until the original guaranteed signed-client target is met. The fulfillment method is determined by The MVA Guy. The guarantee does not provide a cash refund or account credit.

Billing depends on the program selected. Most campaigns begin with a prepaid minimum commitment, which is applied against delivered leads, transfers, or signed cases. Exact payment and replacement terms are confirmed before launch.

Effective August 11, 2026: Tier 1 Standard Bodily Injury is $5,750 per signed case with a 20-case opening minimum. Tier 2 Catastrophic MVA is $11,000 per signed case with a 10-case opening minimum. Tier 3 Commercial Vehicle is $15,000 per signed case with a 10-case opening minimum. Tier 4 Catastrophic Commercial is $30,000 per signed case with a 6-case opening minimum. Custom program structures may be available for larger prepaid, multi-state, or recurring commitments.

Each premium signed-case tier requires a minimum insurance policy associated with the case, screened before delivery: $25,000 to $50,000, state dependent, on Tier 1, $150,000 on Tiers 2 and 3, and $500,000 on Tier 4. This is a qualification threshold, not a promised settlement, recovery, or case value.

Campaign build is generally 4 to 6 weeks after cleared payment. Most Tier 1 retainers are signed within 10 days of the accident and some within 1 to 3 days, which is typical timing rather than a guarantee. If a delivered case falls outside the agreed written qualification criteria, notify us within 14 days and we will replace it at no additional cost. Program fees cover marketing, media, technology, administration and intake labor. They are not referral fees and are not contingent on legal fees or recovery.
