Payments are not referral fees and are not contingent on legal fees, settlement, recovery, or case outcome.

This provision does not replace a governing-law or dispute-resolution provision contained in a separately executed written agreement.

Severability

If a provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.

No waiver

A failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive the right to enforce that provision later.
